Fran is a yoga teacher who offers a balance of Yoga Asana (flowing movement), meditation & mindfulness, connection & community. You can expect to leave her classes feeling calm and more balanced.
Fran also runs Back to Nature Retreats, providing people with the opportunity to reconnect with nature, create some mental space for quiet and make new friends.
