Cancer Season - A Time for Self-Care

Cancer Season is upon us. Of all the signs, Cancer is the most nurturing. During the next 30 days, it's time to embrace this energy and turn our thoughts to nurturing ourselves.

Life can be busy and stressful. We are currently coming out of a pandemic, we live with the threat of an expanding war and the cost of living is rising. It's no wonder so many are feeling anxious and fearful.

Cancer is ruled by the Moon. Just like the tide she controls, the Moon ebbs and flows. She teaches us that life comes in cycles. We experience periods of solitude and times where we step out into the world to shine. During Cancer Season, it's time to withdraw and emotionally recharge. Be kind to yourself. Eat nourishing food and rest up. Spend time with loved ones. Do the things that make you feel good. Cancer is a sign with strong intuition, so listen to the wisdom of your own spirit now.
